Steeped in cinnamon, nutmeg and elderberry juice, this rich mulled wine syrup creates a beautiful batch of mulled wine. 1 part syrup, 8 parts wine, gently heat and enjoy!
You can use it for a punch base, as well... or add a splash to champagne. For kids, add a bit to sparkling water or ginger ale.
Mulled Cider Syrup is also non-alcoholic and wonderfully aromatic. The syrup is infused with clove, star anise, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and a squeeze of citrus and pomegranate.
Mix one part syrup with 6 parts cider or apple juice, gently warm through and enjoy. Add a bit to stewed fruits or pies... basically use it like you would any other syrup: add to hot chocolate, drizzle on pancakes or ice cream.

Grind the almonds and the basil in a food processor to obtain a paste, slowly adding a little oil. Add the tomatoes little by little, until the pesto is a good pink color. Add salt & pepper to taste. Add the clove of garlic to your pesto for a few hours, then remove. Cook and drain the pasta al dente, and mix it with the pesto off the heat. Serve with grated parmesan cheese on the side.

How to Make
With very little effort,
you can enjoy the

Mix 2 tbsp chai, 1 cup water and 1 cup milk into a saucepan.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in your sweetener -
sugar, honey, brown sugar....to suit your tastes.
Strain into a mug or carafe, and enjoy.
Easy Alternate Method:
Heat only the water with the Chai, and steep as you would any tea. Strain the liquid and THEN add your warmed milk. This way, you can put your chai leaves in the fridge and re-use them!
Super Easy Alternate Method:
Use one of our amazing all-natural, organic chai tea concentrates: half chai, half warmed milk. For an amazing iced drink, just use cold milk and add some ice. Delish!!
