Felt Creature Sleepy Sloth Kit

The Felt Creature Sleepy Sloth Kit is designed for an intermediate crafter, recommended for ages 12 and up. Sloths are not known for their dynamic energy, so what better way to present it than hanging? The optional sleep mask (based on the one worn by Holly GoLightly in Breakfast at Tiffany’s) will help keep distractions to a minimum. The final Sleepy Sloth measures 18 cm x 13 cm.

The Felt Creature Sleepy Sloth Kit was designed by the Rita Van Tassel Studio in Nova Scotia. Each kit envelope contains step-by-step photo illustrated instructions. They also include paper pattern pieces, sheets of wool blend felt, embroidery floss, a needle, and pins. The only thing you provide is the stuffing. The techniques are simple for all the designs, but some require more patience when assembling the smaller parts. Each is marked for the degree of difficulty.
