Melinda’s Biscotti – Chocolate Cranberry


Melinda and Alun have been making biscotti in Sidney for years. Traditionally an Italian recipe dating back to the Romans, it was always a dry and very hard biscuit. While most people want a biscotti they can dip in their coffee, this one is crispy and loaded with sweet dried cranberries. Try it with a glass of deep red wine! $3.25 each.
