Melinda’s Biscotti – Espresso Almond (Gluten Free)


Melinda and Alun have been making biscotti in Sidney, B.C. for years. Traditionally an Italian recipe dating back to the Romans, biscotti was always a dry and very hard biscuit. This takes the traditional treat and makes it celiac-friendly, while adding almonds and espresso powder to make the world a little bit tastier. $3.50 each.
