Melinda’s Biscotti – Gingersnap

Melinda and Alun have been making biscotti in Sidney, B.C. for years. Traditionally an Italian recipe dating back to the Romans, biscotti was always a dry and very hard biscuit. Dipped in white chocolate and sprinkled with cinnamon, this little biscotti comes alive with freshly juiced ginger root and Australian crystalized ginger so vibrant, you can’t eat just one. $3.25 each.
