Melinda and Alun have been making biscotti in Sidney, B.C. for years. Traditionally an Italian recipe dating back to the Romans, biscotti was always a dry and very hard biscuit. White chocolate coats the palette, blending the sweet and sour, allowing each biscotti to display it’s pizzazz. Perfect with tea! $3.25 each.
