Vesper Tropical Mango Rum Cocktail

The Vesper Tropical Mango Rum Cocktail is an amazing treat for yourself, or fantastic as a gift. This lovely jar includes dried mango and pineapple, and a block of citrus-bitters infused, non-GMO vegan cane sugar. Simply fill the jar with 32 oz. of your choice of spirits for an alcohol infusion. For the Tropical Mango Rum Cocktail, Vesper suggests trying golden or light rum, or Captain Morgan Spiced Rum. If you prefer a zero-proof infusion, try it with juice, hot water or sparkling water. Once the jar is filled, let it sit refrigerated for 1-3 days, then pour and sample for a citrusy, fresh and balanced twist on an old favourite. Proudly made in Canada, each jar can be infused twice for a total of 16 servings. Once done, the contents are compostable, and the Vesper jar is perfectly reusable or recyclable, so you generate no waste!
