Specialty Beverages at Cupper’s
We pride ourselves at Cupper’s on our Drinks-To-Go Menu. We make a huge variety of amazing and seasonal beverages. If you want it and we have it, we’ll make it. T’heck with seasons… you can have whatever you’d like regardless of the time of year! Use the menu below to decide, then come in to Cupper’s to order.
Sizes are 12 oz, 16 oz, or 20 oz for most drinks. Choose from whole or skim milk, or try dairy alternatives – coconut, oat, almond or soy milk.
Basic Beverages

Drip Coffee 2 / 2.5 / 3
Freshly roasted coffee drip-brewed for you. We always have a dark and a medium roast available. Which coffee depends on the day!

Hot Chocolate 4.75 / 5.25 / 5.75
Choose between Double Chocolate or White Hot Chocolate. And do you want whipped cream on that? (The answer's nearly always yes!)

Steeped Tea 2 / 2.5 / 3
Any of our bagged teas are available at any time as a straight hot tea. Black, green, white, herbal, rooibos... we've got you.

We know, this is a fall drink. But hey, we have it year-round for those who really love it!

Espresso Shots / Nitro Coffee 1
Add a shot of Rocket Espresso, or get your drink made with Nitro Brew rather than regular coffee.

Red Espresso 1.5
Red espresso is pulled like an espresso shot, but instead of ground coffee, it uses rooibos tea. Thick, red and sweet/grassy.

Monin Syrup 0.5
Add a shot of any flavour of our Monin Syrups to fine-tune your drink. With over 50 flavours to choose from... there's a lot of options!

Alternate Milk 1
Any of our drinks can be made with our special barista series non-dairy milks, including almond, coconut, oat or soy milk. And while it's in stock, we have eggnog or oatnog as well!
Get Going with Espresso

Americano 3 / 3.5 / 4
2, 3 or 4 shots of Rocket Espresso and hot water. Have it over ice for a cold version. Originally made famous by the GIs in WWII Europe.

2/3 Americano, plus 1/3 steamed milk. Perfect for when you want a bit more luxury in your Americano.

1, 2 or 3 shots of Rocket Espresso in a cup of freshly brewed coffee (choose medium or dark roast!) For the days you need an extra boost.

Doppio 2.25
Have a 2 oz shot of our Rocket Espresso. We're here to pick you up and keep you going. Get your buzz on!

Espresso Con Panna 2.5
A double shot of Rocket Espresso with a dollop of whipped cream. Make your kick-start extra special!

Traditional Macchiato 3
8 oz only. Rocket Espresso with a mark of steamed milk. Not for the faint of heart, but gentle on the palette. Rocket Espresso, Monin Vanilla Syrup and steamed milk with Monin Caramel Sauce drizzled all over it. Sinfully awesome.

Rocket Fuel 6 / 6.5 / 7
Our Rocket Espresso as an Americano, kicked up with coconut or MCT oil, then whipped to creamy deliciousness. Add extra oil for $1.5 for super-richness.

Rocket Espresso & steamed milk, with a thin layer of milk foam. Or try it with ice cold milk instead. Better latte than never! (Sorry, not sorry.)

Similar to a latte, with different portions. Rocket Espresso & steamed milk, with 1/3 milk foam. Get it wet (less foam) or dry (more foam) or just as it comes.

Drip coffee from the bar (medium or dark roast), enriched with steamed milk for that extra bit of creamy sweetness. Lux indeed.

Cubano 4
An 8 oz. demitasse, with raw sugar, Rocket Espresso and steamed cream. Yup, you heard that right. Sheer luxury!

Flat White 4
8 oz. only. Rocket Espresso Ristretto (short pulled espresso) with milk steamed into a micro-foam. Smooth & creamy, it's always welcome.

Taro Latte 4 / 4.5 / 5
Taro is a root that has been cultivated for as long as there have been farmers, and is healthy and naturally sweet. Ground to a powder, it's the basis for our Taro Lattes and Frappes. It has a slightly sweet, nutty, marshmallowy flavour and a lovely light purple colour.

For when you really want your favourite tea latte but it's too hot. They all taste amazing when cold and creamy over ice, too!

Have a Monin Syrup dose over ice, the the glass is filled with sparking water. Add a shot of cream if you'd like, no extra charge. So very refreshing!

Refreshers are mildly caffeinated with green coffee extract and are super-thirst quenching. Choose from: Watermelon/Cucumber/Mint, Dragon Fruit Lychee, Watermelon Kiwi, Strawberry/Acai, or Wildberry/Hibiscus. Decide if you want it still or sparkling for an extra zing!

These ice tea concentrates taste like the fresh fruit is right in your glass. Try Lemon, Peach, Mango or Raspberry Iced Tea... over ice, of course!

Ice, cold milk and your flavour blended for a smooth thick drink. Choose from White or Double Chocolate, Matcha Green Tea, Chai Tea, or Taro. Get it topped with whipped cream for a bonus touch.

Bad Coffee Nitro Cold Brew blended with refreshing lemonade and ice. Sounds weird, but it's surprisingly addictive!

Our own special Rishi Summerberry Tea shaken cold with tart/sweet lemonade. Makes a lovely, super-refreshing beverage, perfect for when you're feeling the heat.

Made with Milkman Honey Vanilla Ice Cream and your choice of house made sodas and syrups, these are amazing! Try a Root Beer, Cherry Cream Soda, Bad Coffee Nitro, London Fog, Purple Haze, or Caramel Macchiato Float!

Every milkshake features 4 scoops of Milkman Honey Vanilla Ice Cream. Ask for Chocolate Espresso, or get any flavour of Monin Syrup as a shake. PERFECTION!

Our site admins (at Cupper’s itself, not outsourced!) are the only people who have access to our newsletter list. This info will not be sold, exchanged, held hostage, spindled, folded, or replaced by an exact duplicate from another universe. We promise to only send you out our newsletter, an annual birthday surprise, and occasional special updates… for example, if we find a real, live unicorn to transport our coffee directly to you!
