In-Store or Parking Lot Pickup
In-Store
In-store is easy and simple. Come in and ask any of our staff to get your online order, placed by (the name of the person the order is under). They’ll retrieve it for you and you’re all set. It’s that quick.Â
Parking Lot Pick-up
Once you’ve parked in our parking lot, call us at 403-380-4555. Tell us first that you’re here for a parking lot pickup. Then give the name on the order, and finally what kind and colour of vehicle you’re in. We might be a couple of moments, but we’ll bring it out as soon as we can.
Local delivery
Shipping policy
We ship our products anywhere in Canada via Canada Post. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally.
All regular customer orders are processed within 1 to 24 hours after receiving your order confirmation email. (This excludes Sundays and holidays – these are dates we’re closed.) Once your order is prepared, we request pickup from Canada Post. You’ll receive another notification email from us when your order is picked up by Canada Post. That notification will also include your Canada Post tracking number for your shipment.Â
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The rates are directly from Canada Post, we don’t add any other handling fees to them.Â
Any coffee orders of 10 lbs or more get free shipping!
Frequently Asked Questions
How do I check the status of my order?
- If your order is being picked up, you’ll get an email when it’s ready to be picked up.
- If your order is being delivered locally, you’ll get an email when its been dropped off for you.
- If your order is being shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a Canada Post tracking number. The tracking number is available as soon as we’ve requested the pick-up from Canada Post. Shipping times are subject to all Canada Post schedules and constraints.
What if I want a refund, return, or exchange my purchase?
