Equipment:
- Large, chilled glass
- Shot glass
- Spoon
Ingredients:
- Ice
- 3/4 oz. Monin Mojito Mix Syrup
- 1.5 oz. White rum
- 12 oz. Club soda
- Slice of lime and sprig of mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Add ice to your chilled glass.
- Pour 3/4 oz. Monin Mojito Mix Syrup over the ice.
- Add 1.5 oz of white rum to the glass.Â
- Top up the glass with club soda. Be careful it doesn’t over-fizz!
- Swirl gently and garnish with the slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
