The Belazu Crete Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil features Koroneiki olives. These rich olives are grown on the west on the island of Crete and are one of Greece’s most popular olives in their olive oils. This Crete Gold is a rich golden-green in colour, with a hint of grassiness and a peppery finish. It’s surprisingly mild and a great all-purpose oil. Use it in dressings for salad or vegetables, to create an aioli, or for frying foods in. Its mild character also makes it a great finishing oil. 500 ml per bottle.
