Vesper Craft Cocktails work as either with alcohol, or you can make an excellent zero-proof version if desired. For a stronger Bourbon Apple Cider use any bourbon or whiskey. If you don’t want alcohol, keep it simple with hot water instead. Either way, one infusion of the jar makes 16 beverages.
And the infusion can’t be easier to make. Just fill the jar and add the cap. Put the filled jar in your fridge for 1 to 3 days and let it steep. When you’re ready, strain out the jar, measure the shots, and add your mixer to finish. The garnish is entirely up to you. (Now you can add mixologist to your list of amazing things you do.)
