Chemex Pour Overs are famous for their form. They’re also the only pourovers on permanent display in the Smithsonian Museum. Chemex was developed by a pair of bored, coffee-deprived chemists in the 1940’s. All their brewers are made from non-porous borosilicate, which will not impart any flavor or chemical residue.
