Ethiopia Guji Medium Roast Coffee 🍁

Ethiopia Guji Medium Roast Coffee comes to us from the Oromia Region. This area hosts heavily forested areas of land stretching southeast through the region. The forests remain in part due to the local Guji peoples. They organized and legislated to reduce logging and mining in their area. Coffee growers in the region include both smallholder farmers and large private estates.

With full natural processing and drying time of 2-3 weeks on raised beds, the base flavours of Guji coffee include deep cocoa notes. Following the rich chocolate, you find sweet flavours of dried dates and dark stonefruit. This lovely temporary replacement for our Ethiopia Harrar will only be available for a few months in 2026.
