Kalios Fig Balsamic Vinegar comes from dried figs cooked in a cauldron with grape vinegar and grape must. After cooking the aging happens in oak barrels. No additives and no added sugar means you’re only getting pure, wonderful fruity notes in this stunning balsamic.
Try it in a vinaigrette, over a salad, or with cheese. When cooking, use it to deglaze pork or duck fillets, as a meat marinade, or as a dipper for kebabs. Each bottle holds 250 ml.
