Peru Cafe De Mujer Aproccurma Light Roast

Peru Cafe De Mujer Aproccurma Coffee grows in in the highlands of the Rodriguez de Mendoza province. The women who grow this coffee rely on this income to support their families. They manage just a few acres of land intercropped with shade trees, bananas, corn, and beans. After careful harvest and sorting the cherries, the depulping, fermenting, washing and drying is all done back at the farm with micro-mills.

We were able to secure one bag of green beans. Our skillful master roasters have brought this to a blonde roast, just a tiny step before medium. This highlights the lovely natural flavours in the brew. Find bright notes of lemon and lime, hints of cherry, all grounded in cacao. The aroma is rich, tart and spicy. This coffee tastes awesome no matter how you brew it.

And with only one bag of green beans, it’s going to go quickly. We’ve allotted these into 1/2 lb fold-over bags that remind us of the original coffee from Cupper’s 30 years ago. Grab some before it’s gone for good!
