Vesper Craft Cocktails work as either with alcohol, or you can make an excellent zero-proof version if desired. For a stronger Red Velvet Sangria use red wine, white wine, or black sake. If you don’t want alcohol, use your favorite juice or sparkling water instead. Either way, one infusion of the jar makes 16 beverages.

And the infusion can’t be easier to make. Just fill the jar and add the cap. Put the filled jar in your fridge for 1 to 3 days and let it steep.
