Rishi Ruby Oolong Tea is rich and has complex layers of cacao, raisins, and black cherry. This oolong is produced in the Doi Mae Salong mountains in northern Thailand. The flavours are brought out by the slow roasting process that deeply oxidizes the tea. A cup of the Rishi Ruby Oolong Tea is uniquely sweet and has a rich viscosity in the mouthfeel. You’ll smell the caramelized fruit and chocolate aromas as soon as you brew a cup! In spite of the complexity of flavour, this tea has only one ingredient, organic oolong tea. Each box has 15 individually wrapped sachets, with the tea bags made of a plant-based, biodegradable material. To brew, Rishi recommends steeping each bag in 235 mL of water heated to 93C for 7 minutes.
