Everything is included but the milk, enough for 12 batches of cheese at home! With each kit you get organic sea salt, and vegetarian rennet. Also included is a dairy thermometre, anhydrous citric acid,  and a cheese cloth. Best of all is the recipe book that gives amazing ways to use your newly made cheese. We love the Scottish Cranachan as a dessert. One of our favourite appetizers is a simple wheat cracker with a chunk of this fresh, soft cheese, drizzled with honey, and sprinkled with finely-ground Rocket Brand Espresso. So, sooooo good!
