Brazil Bourbon Santos

We can’t help but wax poetic about the Brazil Bourbon Santos medium roast coffee, so hang on to your hats! The aroma from the freshly roasted whole beans is sweet and cola-like. Those notes come through in the aroma of the brewed coffee, too. The body is rich and syrupy. These beans are sun-dried in the cherry so you’ll pick up a wonderful stone-fruit sweetness (plum, black cherry) with some brown sugar and molasses notes. Right at the end of the coffee, one of the last flavours you’ll taste is a subtle dark chocolate note. We’re in love.
