Bridge Blades is part of the Lethbridge Amateur Speed Skating Association (LSSA). They are devoted to the sport of speed skating in Lethbridge, and have skaters of all ages and skill levels. The club has 1 and 2 day ‘Learn to Skate’ programs that run throughout the winter season. They also actively participate in and host several events throughout the season. In addition to skating, the LSSA also focuses on personal growth on and off the ice. They promote a safe, inclusive, supportive and fun environment. As with many sports organizations, they have a committed group of volunteers who are the backbone that supports the skaters.
