The Salted Caramel Dipped Oreos are made by the amazing Kim at Classic Confections, a local sweets creator. For these awesome treats, she pours a big dab of home-made caramel on an Oreo Thin, then dips the wole thing in chocolate. Lastly she drizzles rock sea-salt on each for the perfect balance of sweet and salty. These are AMAZING and always a big hit when we include them in our gift baskets.
