Kalios Olive Oil 03

Kalios Olive Oil 03 comes from the most mature Koroneiki olives. Harvested by hand in January, when the olives are fully ripe, this marks the end of the season.  This late harvest olive oil features pure smoothness and is renown for a light and delicate mouthfeel and well-rounded flavour.

This oil meets the four criteria that gets it the acclaim it deserves. First, its perfect acid level (less than 0.35%!) gives this oil the extra virgin designation. Second, with production only using Koroneiki olives, it’s mono-variteal. Third, cold-extraction preserves the taste and health benefits. And last, packaging in opaque bottles protects it from light.

With light subtle flavours, try this oil on buttery fresh greens, over avocados, or as a dipper for fresh bread. Truth told, it would be difficult to go wrong! Each bottle holds 500 ml.
