Luco Farms Prairie Spirit Mustard

Luco Farms Prairie Spirit Mustard is a smooth, German-style mustard. It features a balanced taste with a bit of a bite, but is generally on the medium heat side. This mustard is a great compliment to any sandwich or a fresh dip for radishes or other vegetables eaten out of hand. We also love it on dry, home-made German style sausages.

Luco Farms Prairie Spirit Mustard comes in a 250 mL jar and is made with local southern Alberta mustard seeds, vinegar, water, and salt. Their mustards have no artificial colourings, preservatives or anything else that doesn’t contribute to the flavour. Luco Farms mustards are made right outside of Lethbridge from only their locally grown and stoneground mustard seed. They have a full range of mustards, from mild to very hot, to suit any palate.
