He created this complex blend using our Mexico Chiapas Dark Roast, French Roast, India Mysore, and Ethiopia Longberry Harrar. These produce a full-bodied espresso, both smooth and sweet, with a brilliant golden crema. You get big, bold, slightly smoky flavour even in your largest latte or cappuccino. The San Francisco Espresso blend is the closest we have to traditional Italian espresso.
