Quick and Easy Spicy Pasta Salad Recipe header

Pasta salad is a chilled pasta dish often served with a vinegar, oil, or mayonnaise based dressing. Serve it as an appetizer, side dish, or main course. Try adding some cooked seafood, or chicken for some added protein.

Saltwest Naturals harvest their Sea Salts right in beautiful Sooke, British Columbia. For this recipe we are using their Smokehouse Peppercorns and the Raincoast Flor de Sel.

Saltspring Kitchens started out on Salt Spring Island. It was a creation out of the kitchen of Melanie Mulherin, aka the Sauce Boss. Since 2012, they’ve been making jams, spreads and hot sauces to rave reviews. We used their Morita + Espresso + Chipotle Hot Sauce to give this pasta salad a boost.
