Roasted Peach & Pepper pork tenderloin on a plate with rosemary

This is our favourite Pork Tenderloin recipe. It combines the delicate floral sweetness of peaches with the spiciness of jalapenos. It also is a quick recipe, taking less than half an hour to prepare. So it’s an easy dish to whip up after work or on lazy weekends. Add in our Creamy Spinach & Onion Mashed Potatoes, and a generous salad, and you’re set!

You can definitely prepare your own spicy peach spread for this recipe. We recommend using Saltspring Kitchen Candied Jalapenos to add some spice to your peach preserves.

Saltspring Kitchen Co. also has an amazing Peach & Pepper Spicy Pepper Spread that we use in this recipe. This preserve makes this recipe so quick and easy.

We are 100% obsessed with Saltwest Naturals Salts. They are hand harvested in Sooke, B.C., Canada. Any of these salts are a fun way to add some variety to your recipes. In this recipe we use the Saltwest Smokehouse Peppercorns.

Roasted Curry-Mango Pork Tenderloin

Here’s another suggestion for you for your roast pork. This idea takes your flavour notes in a whole new direction. Use the recipe above for starters. Then where it calls for the Peach & Pepper Spread, use My Oma Always Curry Mango Jelly instead.

My Oma Always Canning Co. makes their products in Fort Macleod, Alberta, right next door. We love their products so far, so we were very excited to include this in our recipes. Their Curry Mango Jelly gives a sweet curry note to your tenderloin that is unmistakable. It’s very tasty and compliments the pork better than we even expected! Serve with rice and steamed carrots for a fantastic family dinner.
