This rich creamy flavour pairs wonderfully with the smoky bacon notes. It gives an amazing boost as a spread in a pita, with a plate of fresh veggies, as a chip dip, or as a side on a charcuterie board. Mix only one tablespoon of the spice pouch with 500ml (2 cups) of sour cream and put in the fridge for a couple hours so the flavours develop and mature.
