This rich creamy flavour pairs wonderfully with the smoky bacon notes. The dip gives an amazing boost in a pita or with a plate of fresh veggies. Try it as a chip dip, or as a side on a charcuterie board.
Mix only one tablespoon of the spice pouch with 500ml (2 cups) of sour cream and put in the fridge for a couple hours so the flavours develop and mature. Stir before serving to completely blend the flavours, add to a bowl, and serve.
