Fantastic Sour Lemons 🍁

Fantastic Sour Lemons present a full, head-on burst of sweet and sour lemon. These freeze-dried lemon candies are perfect for snacking, on ice cream, baking, or adding a sweet & sour crunch to your trail mix. A cold-panned process makes the original candies layer by layer, and then they’re freeze dried to really bring out all the flavour in every candy. Every bag holds 25 grams of Fantastic Sour Lemons. It doesn’t sound like a lot, but there’s a LOT of sweet and tart to keep you going here!

We’re loving this local new company, based in Coaldale, Alberta. Fantastic Freeze Dried takes regular candies, treats, and sweets, and dries them completely using a commercial-grade freeze drier. The results are bright and delicious that weigh almost nothing, while retaining all the flavour you know and love.
