Rishi Greek Mountain Herbal Tea, Bags

Rishi Greek Mountain Tea is based on a hardy flowering herb grown in the mountains around the Aegean Seas of Greece. It has an uplifting, energizing and warming tone by itself. Greek mountain tea is also known as Ironwort, or shepherd’s tea. Its flavour profile is both sweet and savoury, with notes of thyme, sage and linden honey. Rishi pairs it with aromatic ginger for an extra boost, and golden chamomile blooms for sweet smoothness. Ingredients include: Organic ginger root, organic mountain tea (ironwort), organic licorice root, organic chamomile blossoms, organic oregano. Each box has 15 individually wrapped sachets, with the tea bags made of a plant-based, biodegradable material. To brew, Rishi recommends steeping each bag in 235 mL of water heated to 93C for 5 minutes. Steep it hot, or try as a cold brewed iced tea.
