This homemade coffee liqueur recipe is sure to warm up your home and your body. By tradition, coffee liqueur uses dark rum as a base, but you can use other spirits as well. White rum or vodka are also good options. For this recipe we used a dark rum from one of our favourite local stores.

Many recipes like to use instant coffee for coffee liqueur. We would never do that to you. At Cupper’s Coffee & Tea, we are uncompromising when it comes to coffee quality. We love everything coffee. All coffee liqueurs should be made with fresh roasted coffee. In this recipe we used our #1 best selling coffee – Bad Coffee.
