As an espresso it performs beautifully, creating a rich crema and deep coffee flavours. It really comes through the steamed milk and sweeteners in espresso drinks. But hey! It’s a complex layering of Indian Mysore, Ethiopia Yrgecheffe, Mexico Chiapas Medium Roast and both Guatemala Antigua Medium Roast and Guatemala Antigua Dark Roast. Rocket Brand Espresso has a full, syrupy body, and you’ll pick up subtle notes of chocolate, nougat, sweet tobacco and dried fruit. Gorgeous.
