Our amazing Mexico Chiapas Medium Coffee is produced from the mountain ranges of Chiapas from small (average only 6 acres) family-owned farms. Chiapas is noted for its overall balance; sweetness and sharpness combine to provide a full, rich flavour experience. It has a smooth mouth-feel, accompanied by a fragrant aroma, good body and depth of flavour. There’s notes of pecan and honey present. You’ll find chocolate in the finish…and just the barest hint of sandalwood in the aroma. Very few coffees reveal excellent flavours at more than one roast. Our version is wonderful at both medium and dark roasts.
