Orange Crate Spinach & Onion Dip is warm, rich and perfect with a big sourdough loaf. It’s perfect to add as a spread in a pita, with a plate of fresh veggies, as a chip dip, or as a side in a charcuterie board. Mix entire spice pouch with 500ml (2 cups) of sour cream and put in the fridge for a couple hours so the flavours develop and mature. Stir before serving to completely blend the flavours, add to a bowl, and serve. Use dry as a seasoning for chicken or pork cuts, or mix a bit thinner for a salad dressing!
