The Chemex 3 Cup Wood Collared Pourover is part of the Chemex family. Chemex Pourovers are famous for their form, and for being the only pourovers on permanent display in the Smithsonian Museum. Developed by a pair of bored, coffee-deprived chemists in the 1940’s, these sharp and very functional brewers are the go-to for our roaster, Josh, when he’s testing a new coffee for Cupper’s.
