Classic Confections Cashew Brittle is one of the best nut-brittles we’ve ever tasted. It’s sweet, nutty and crunchy, without gumming to your teeth. Made locally by the amazing Kim at Classic Confections, these are always a favourite. Its the perfect alternative sweet when you want brittle, but are done with peanuts. We’re not sure how she works this brittle magic, but we’re sure glad we have it here!
