Voile Rack Straps are like an adjustable bungee cord, but infinitely better. They snap-fit to 10mm tubing, making them compatible with most bike-packing racks and baskets. Made of tough stretch polyurethane, they also have super-tough nylon buckles that are non marring, non-conductive and non-reflective.
