We’re going to cover how to make your own DYI green coffee bean extract below. This recipe is for an Instant-Pot, but you could make it in a regular pot on the stove if you prefer.

Green Coffee Bean Extract Recipe

Servings: 1 (makes 12 oz)
Equipment:
- Instant-Pot
- Measuring cups
- Strainer or small colander
Ingredients:
- 2 ounces green coffee beans
- 12 ounces water
Instructions:
- Add water to Instant-Pot.
- Bring water to boil on Saute setting. Do not put the lid on the Instant-Pot. Let simmer for 15 mins.
- Remove pot from heat and let sit for 1 hour.
- Strain the beans from the water and dispose of the beans.
- Add to your smoothies or other beverages, and enjoy!
