DIY Green Coffee Bean Extract Instant-Pot Recipe

We’re going to cover how to make your own DYI green coffee bean extract below. This recipe is for an Instant-Pot, but you could make it in a regular pot on the stove if you prefer.

Servings: 1 (makes 12 oz)

Equipment:

  • Instant-Pot
  • Measuring cups
  • Strainer or small colander

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces green coffee beans
  • 12 ounces water

Instructions:

  1. Add water to Instant-Pot.
  2. Bring water to boil on Saute setting. Do not put the lid on the Instant-Pot. Let simmer for 15 mins.
  3. Remove pot from heat and let sit for 1 hour.
  4. Strain the beans from the water and dispose of the beans.
  5. Add to your smoothies or other beverages, and enjoy!
