Goldie’s Freeze Dried Caramels are such a great treat! Made by Shannon in Fort MacLeod, Alberta, all her products are freeze dried to keep all the flavour. While many people think of freeze-drying as something for backpacking, it’s a great way to keep all kinds of food fresh. And it also keeps all the flavour, and doesn’t affect the nutritional values either. These are sweet, melty-in-your-mouth, and creamy like a caramel should be, but they each weigh next to nothing!
