While many people think of freeze-drying as something for backpacking, it’s a great way to keep all kinds of food fresh. And it also keeps all the flavour, and doesn’t affect the nutritional values either. These are perfect if you love regular salt water taffy but don’t want to get them stuck in your teeth.
