Vegan Pepper Citrus Steak Stir Fry – Sounds impossible! But using an ancient product called Seitan, enjoy the tastes and textures of faux steak in this tangy stir fry.

In this recipe we used Belberry Sicilian Mandarin Vinegar. The sweet Sicilian Mandarins round out the acidity of the vinegar. Belberry Royal Selection has a large selection of gourmet vinegars available.
In this recipe we also use one of our favourite seasonings. The Saltwest Naturals Roasted Garlic & Onion Infused Sea Salt is harvested on Vancouver island. It is one of our most frequent used seasonings. Saltwest Naturals has many different flavours to try in all your recipes.
